Itunes Help!!!!!!!

Just got an ipod shuffle, and i am trying to import some audio books for my daughter.

I can get the audio books to import but when i put cd2 in (2nd half of the story) it puts them in number order so for eg.

track 1
track 1
track 2
track 2

etc....

obviously thats no good for an audio book as you need the story to run in order!!!

How can i change itunes so it never does this, and when i import music cds it does it in the order i want it to????

Right click on the track whose number you want to change, choose get info and then just put the track number that you want in the designated box instead of the one iTune chooses and that is it. Hope this helps but shout i fit doesn't.

when you have done one cd highlight them all (ctrl-A) and then right click. click more info and then name the album "disc 1" (or similar) and then import the second cd. do the same with the second cd (name it "disc 2") and then they should be in order

i am about to give this one a go!!!!

does anyone else find itunes not user friendly or is it just me ?
