Citrus Holidays Venice

I'm looking at booking a cheap 2/3 night trip to venice next year, Citrus Holidays seem too good to be true, anyone booked anything with them?
Hoping to pay £400-£500 for me and my husband, Expedia have the dates I need for next year, but Citrus only have sooner dates.
Shall I wait and book next year, or take the more expensive (and well-known) Expedia route?
Help! Cheers, Dani xx:)
