Strange T&Cs

If you look at item 230029600837, there are some strange conditions of sale:
Non-payers & non-communicators WILL BE REPORTED on Day 4 - To whom exactly?
please note: i do NOT accept e-cheques - does anyone actually get an option to send these? I find they just happen for no reason.
And of course the cherry on top - SELLER ACCEPTS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS AFTER POSTING/POST OFFICE LOSSES
All in all I have been nicely put off from bidding.

It's usually due to credit cards expiring or a problem with your account... but he's breaking the rules by saying he doens't accept them.Agutka wrote:SELLER ACCEPTS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS AFTER POSTING/POST OFFICE LOSSES
Naughty naughty! What an idiot. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Hello,
I think we have to be fair here...
Perhaps the seller has had really bad experiences with buyers and therefore has such draconian terms and conditions.
Usually I find that if I contact such sellers, they are usually friendly and put up such harsh words to scare away people who may be wasting their time.
