    i would sugguest that if you think it's a hazard then you should take it down, if it does fall on someone and it's being held up with string then there may well be a claim in it.....

    and yes she may get dogs in her garden, but if some poor child gets brained, she may well get sued.

    PS i'm a woman with NO experiance and i managed to fit 2 fence panels with a bit of googling, and some advice from my lazy arsed BIL who's a carpenter....... (my mum had to help manouver them as they are rather large......)

    they may be a little wonky though :)
