An event company-better to set up different limited companies for each event?

We have a small family events company. At the moment we do one big event each year (our own event), however we're looking to do a couple of other events, also our own events, at different times of the year to try to bring some extra income into the company, and to spread the income/expenses throughout the year.
I'm not sure how to structure this so that if one event fails, it doesn't bring down all the other events.
We have our company XYZ limited, which does the main event, but is it possible to have ABC ltd DEF ltd etc as a subsidiarity of the main company.
Can anyone help?

Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.

I can't see how this would be worthwhile just for the limited liability because if your companies were repeatedly going bust you'd soon get disqualified from being a director. Aside from that it would make record keeping and tax much more complicated which would increase your professional fees.
If you've got some profitable events and some loss making ones it makes sense to put them together to set the losses off against the profits for tax purposes.0
