Windows auto shut down

Windows has just shut down automatically,i was looking at my myspace page and it shut down and its not the first time its happend, it happened a few weeks ago but i didnt think anything of it,
there was a blue screen and it said windows has shut down
there was also something about the bios but couldnt catch what it said

It's most likely to be one of two things initially, as software generated errors rarely cause the BSOD.
1) Memory on it's way out
2) PSU on it's way out
