CallCredit - Statutory credit report questions

Since I didn't get any answers on the Stoozing board (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=263669)
Over the past few years I've applied, and of course received, my CRA reports from both Experian and Equifax. I've always applied online without any fuss or bother. I've yet to bother with CallCredit.
Two questions:
1) Am I being blind in failing to find a place on CallCredit's website where I can order it online. Or must I really download that PDF, fill it out and post it?
2) Is there any benefit to getting CallCredit's report? Do they hold information that neither of the other two CRA's hold?

Did you read the How to obtain credit reports sticky above? I think you'll find answers to both your questions within the first page of this thread. AFAIK you cannot order the report online.0

The last response saying CallCredit held little info was well over a year ago - I was hoping for a more recent answer. (A subsequent search on more boards indicated that CallCredit were getting involved with the 'data sharing' exercise at the start of this year, for example.)grumbler wrote:Did you read the How to obtain credit reports sticky above? You dont get a in depth report from call credit but for the sake of £2 it is worth while getting as they could hold info the others dont for the simple reason is if a company only uses callcredit as thier main agency then you could have things on there that the other 2 didnt
Hope this helps

The general impression I get is that CallCredit are a 'second best' alongside the other two - if they want to use only one, then it'll be Experian or Equifax - my question started off as "is there anyone using CallCredit as their primary reference" - my impressions is no, so there's no point in going through the antiquated system of a 2-way postal system when the other 2 are offering an online way of achieving the same thing?ontheup wrote:You dont get a in depth report from call credit but for the sake of £2 it is worth while getting as they could hold info the others dont for the simple reason is if a company only uses callcredit as thier main agency then you could have things on there that the other 2 didntConjugating the verb 'to be":

Paul,
(1) £2 reports by post only - got to be worth it (even with the additional cost of a stamp!) for the curiosity value alone?
(2) They used to contain month-by-month balances and limits information (at the start of the year). I don't know what threads/sites you've checked out already, but this stoozing.com thread, whilst old, may be of interest.0
