If it's been over a week just start the NPB process. I certainly wouldn't waste my time with a buyer who has obviously been difficult in the past, with luck yours will be the final strike he needs to get banned.

I had two seperate bidders who didn't bother to pay. One said she had been in hospital, can't drive etc and out come a huge sob story. I still haven't given her negative feedback, can't bring myself to do it - I must be a sucker.

Start the non paying bidder process and you can then put your side of the sory in the notes. They then have 7 days to respond. If they don't you get your listing fee credited.

    Good Luck

From his feedback he looks like a lost cause, file NPB and add another neg to his collection :)
  • In the last 30 days this buyer has only bid on and won two items, both in the last two days. I would give him the benefit of the doubt until the full 7 days have passed before I started the NPB process. He has not received any negative feedback in the last 12 months so maybe that they have changed their ways......

Unfortunately only FVFs are refunded, the listing fees are not.

You have to wait the full 7 days anyway, you can't file for a straight NPB before that.
