New car problems - any advice?

Bought a new Fiesta last month. The roof liner developed brown spotty marks on top of having a big stain in front of the visor (hard to see so didn't notice it for a few days). When I took it back the customer service at the dealership were lovely and apologised that they hadn't seen the stain before they let me have the car and arranged for the roof liner to be swapped.
I took it in to be done today and when I went to pick it up the car was in a worse state; where they have taken the lights and hangers out they have bodged them out with something like a screwdriver and damaged them, they have torn the seal to the boot and scuffed the inside plastic probably when they took out the old liner and to top it all they have scratched my wheel arch. Had I known they would do this I would have Vaxed the rooflinerand lived with any marks left! I complained and the guy in charge of the job had a look and tried to make out the damage to the plastics would come out; when he saw the scratch and seal damage he went a bit quite. He was a bit of a fool and never once apologised. We went back in the dealers and spoke with the nice woman I saw previously who was again nice and apologetic and they have asked for my car for a couple of days to replace the seal and the plastic bits they damaged as well as polish out the minor scratch which they admitted to doing.
They offered to drive my car back but I pointed out if they scratch it on their site I wasn't trusting them to drive it outside!
What I want to know is am I being unreasonable in wanting my new car put into the state it should have been when I picked it up a month ago (undamaged plastics and clean roofliner)? As the car was when I went today it looked poor inside and I don't think I should have to put up with that when it is barely a month old. I just don't want to seem unreasonable even though when I do pick it up I will be going over it with a fine toothcomb!

No, you are not being unreasonable. You still wouldn't be unreasonable if the car was 5 years old, not 5 weeks. I personally think you've been quite restrained.

Didn't think to take pictures, d'oh! Left car with them to fix as I felt it was better than driving home and then going back again tomorrow or Thursday to be done as that costs time and petrol! Am sharing hubby's car as he is off work this week; they offered me a courtesy car but with a £500 excess so I said no as I don't want the hassle.
I'm not normally known for my restraint! I surprised myself in getting upset rather than angry about it all. I'm just hoping that when they call to say it is done that all will be well but I'm worrying that it will not be that good and I'll be without a car again.. My husband says he will look in a brand new car on the forecourt and compare mine to it before we accept it!0 -
When you get it back get a jetwash on it and hit it for an hour.
I would be concerned that was coming from a leak somewhere.
NO point fixing anything until the leak is sorted if that what the problem is.0 -
I was concerned that it was from water but it was little spots in different areas (where the visor folds up was the most common). I have driven the car in heay rain and checked for leaks and couldn't seeanything getting wet.0

Nothing worse than problems with a brand new car, I have been there before and feel your pain.0
