Depends on the car and colour I suppose. When the lights first came out on the IS200 I felt they looked bad on anything other than a silver car. They've grown on me a bit though,
Anyway, the rear lights on my Lexus look like this:

I agree with you Lexus - style lights are mis-fits on cars other than a Lexus
just as bad as chrome-look M3 mirrors on Saxo's0 -
look on the bright side, it keeps china in business!!0

A lovely example of a Peugeot 306 ... lol.
On our Peugeot Forum, a small minority have got these Lexus lights. And everytime they post pictures etc they get completely slatted by the non - lexus lights brigade. lol.
At the end of the day its an individual preference. Its a modifiication on the car, something quite simple for car owners to do. When they first came out, alot of people were big fans. However, these lights are now common with the 17 year old lad trying to look cool in his Nova and not for the people who like modifying there cars.
I quite like some of the styles, mainly the black variety. But it's not something I would consider putting on my car from a security POV. Too much temptation for a car thief to take my car with them on the pack IMO.0 -
Perhaps we should have a contest to see who can find the most inappropriate use of "Lexus lights. Can I help?0

My gaffa had some bother with these lexus style lights.... He brought a nearly new Hyundai Coupe from a car supermarket, and after it's first wash the rear tail light clusters were all fogged up. He took it back a Hyundai dealer, who quite rightly wouldn't touch them, as they were some poorly made non standard fit made in China. I guess if you really do want them, don't flog your old ones.0

They do look shocking. I saw one car where they looked ok on the other day, but the rest of the time they just look very out of place/rubbish.matched betting: £879.63

i agree, however, it,s no worse what we all did to our cars at that age!0

I am going to probably be slated by you all but i have Lexus lights and really like them. I do agree that on a lot of cars they look ridiculous but my car is red so they just blend in. My personal hate is body kits that have gone OTT.
