Wrong photograph of website!!!!

I recently ordered some goods from a website. The particular item I wanted was a long Union Jack dress and when I found a photograph of one on the site I went ahead and placed the order. The postman arrived this morning with a short t-shirt style dress!! I rang the company and they then realised that the wrong photograph had been placed against the item description and I would have to pay over £30 more for the long dress. Is this misrepresentation? Any thoughts on how I should proceed would be great.

Send it back under the DSR, and try to find the same long dress cheaper elsewhere?

How was the dress described?

What is the companies returns policy?

You're entitled to a full refund (and return postage costs) if you return the dress since the goods "aren't as described".

However, you're not entitled to the more expensive dress. By all means ask, but they can legally refuse.

It was an accident, you can get your money back if you return it.
