My bond with Nationwide ends next week and I have elected to transfer the money to my Nationwide Flexi Account 0%, i will then immediately transfer it to other bonds (different institutions) - savings,

is it possible to withdraw large amounts using my Flexi debit card? is there fees? etc..
What other options do I have?

If you are paying the other institutions by debit card there is no limit. If you are withdrawing cash there probably is - don't know what it is.

    Other options:

write a cheque (no limit) ; use internet banking to transfer to the other organisations (there's probably a limit); use CHAPS - no limit but £20 fee

The last time I needed to transfer (in one day) an amount of over £40K, their online system allowed single payments of £10K.
But you were allowed to send multiple payments of £10K in a single day. This was by BACS and took 2 days - no fee.

edit: Actually, I did want to transfer £30K earlier this year but needed this to reach another building society (for a bond) on the same day.

I opted to send by CHAPS - fee of £20.00.
Nationwide did mess up with this though and it took several phone calls and 3 days to transfer.
Nationwide did apologise and refund the £20 fee.

Luckily for me the receiving building society were very understanding. They allowed the late payment into my bond.
