Hi all,
just started a new job but the typing up of reports is slowing me down sooo much so i'm going to send my audio files to a typist instead...
well thats the plan but i can't compress them so i can send them by email
( i know it must be possible because i know others who do it)
i don't know where to start at all
been googling and googling but i don't understand!
would really really appreciate any and all help!

Upload it to MediaFire and send them the link.
If you sign in first you can delete the link after they have downloaded it.
thing is other people i work with use the same bank of typists and they do it this way and i think it's the way the typists want to work
it must be possible if they do it?0 -
Well if you converted the files to mp3 at 32Kbps mono a half hour file would be around 7MB.
That would probably be OK to attach to an email.Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0 -

So does your olympus create those dss files (for in future)?Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0 -
Of course it depends on the medium the typists use to play the sound back. Do you know?0
