I am thinking of claiming my loan PPI back I took with HBOS in 2007. Has anyone won PPI back from HBOS if so what were the complaints you put to them?

Still have 2 years left on the loan but paying it off early got the early settlement figure under £160 rebate on the PPI and i pay an extra £40 a month for the privalage of PPI, truely pitiful.:mad: :mad:

To what I believe, there have been many who have complained against these.

Have you checked the above success thread? Its a long one though lol.:D;)

Check Martin's link below of the guidelines of reclaiming, there is also a checklist, and a FOS Questionnaire, this questionnaire is in replacement of the first template letter, you complete and send to whoever set up the loan, remember to keep a copy in case you need to refer to it at some point.
They have the usual 8 weeks to respond, and some request for more time to investigate, this should be okay.;)

I wonder if you can help, I've had ppi on a card with the bank of scotland for 15 years and after 13 months!!!! they are now trying to paying only a pitiful amount of this (less than 2 years). I am trying to contact their chief executive but having trouble in finding his e-mail address.
