Drop Sainsburys an email. I would email Tesco too. It's up to those stores to be aware of the offers on and even if they are not you should never speak to/treat a customer in that manner.

I redeemed the Smirnoff and Morgans ones at Morrisions and they took them no problem - though she has to strain to see the tiny writing on them.

Tesco's Carlisle wouldn't accept mine . After waiting 10 mins for a supervisor. They said they didn't accept "that kind of printed" voucher

After my similar experience in Tesco yesterday I've emailed them to complain plus I've emailed Diageo (the Smirnoff people) to let them know. Suggest you so the same as that kind of response may spoil their campaign and the more they get to hear about it the better.

Good idea. Already Emailed Tesco asking how they decide which coupons they accept and how they pass the info to their stores. Didn't think about Diagio will do that now.

Tried to use mine in Warrington Tesco today, the till operator asked the supervisor and he rather offhandedly said they did not accept internet coupons and asked if they were photocopies!! The till operator said they kept changing their minds about internet coupons. Will try Morrisons later.

Grr, nowhere near me seems to stock the Morgan's one. I've seen it listed in the "3 for..." shelf-edge promotions along with other drinks, but the shop only carries one or two of the drinks listed.

Got a phone call from Tesco Customer Services and I told them what was printed on the coupon and they said that they couldn't comment on comments left on forums but they do not accept printed web site coupons. Told them that I had emailed Diageo to sort it out and they did not seem bothered
