I don't know if you read my posts yet but you do realise you must return the item and prove the seller has recieved the item before paypal will refund you if you win your claim and that you will only be refunded what you originally paid the seller not any return delivery costs or your initial delivery costs you paid to have the item delivered to you.It was couriered as the seller (as they admitted) gave me the wrong weight on purpose as they didnt have a pallet to put it on.0 -
Maybe ebay will do one of these new refund with no fault type things. Just open dispute though ebay and see what happens? got to be worth a go in this case surely.0

Is it a commercial freezer or a super duper domestic one, is it smaller than a normal, under worktop fridge? That seems like an expensive freezer from a seller with not much feedback.0
