Has anyone else had a problem obtaining the £50 shopping vouchers offered when you buy Sainsburys Buildings and Contents Insurance? I was told they were sent out 60 days after starting the policy and 4 months later, despite numerous phone calls I am still waiting. What can I do?

I would keep a record of phone calls.Write and then read letter over the phone and persist-eventually one side will give way.I wouls attempt to escalate issue to amanagerial level and stress that you need to communicate your frustration and if ignored you will seek an alternative audience.If you sit down and think there are many things which you could do -I would prefer not to induce you in public to do something which is questionable.You must either inconvenience or embarass them.Have you paid the full premium?
