Hi all. I'm looking to buy a pocket camcorder for a good friend for their birthday. I've seen a few options, including the Flip Video Mino and the Kodak Zi6. Both are around the price range that I'm looking for but both seem to have their weaknessess. Although saying that I suppose all pocket camcorders do.
Can anyone recommend me a good pocket camcorder?Or are the two I've listed the best one's out there?
On on a similar subject, can the Flip take a memory card or is the internal memory the only option?
Many thanks.Josh.

I just got myself the brand new, just released TOSHIBA Camileo BW10. Same sort of size as Flip. Very, very easy to use.
Pros: Full HD - takes SD Cards (cheap as chips nowadays) whereas I think the flip uses internal flash memory.
Waterproof, dustproof, shockproof. You can go waterski-ing with it! Also works as a webcam for those Skype calls if you plug it into the computer.
Clearly far harder wearing than the flip. Down side is I guess it doesn't look as sexy as the flip - more functional perhaps. Also it comes without an SD card so cheap as chips they may be but unless you have a spare there is an extra cost... and it only comes with a USB lead to charge from your computer not a wall socket plug (again chances are you have a USB wall charger for something else - but if you haven't you may see this as a possible extra cost over time).
Over all - for the price - I am thrilled to bits with it...0
