Listing Text Essentials For Higher Sale Prices

After having a few items sell for less thean expected (similar auctions selling for 30%+ more at a similar time) I'm wonder what you would all consider listing and title essentials.
I noticed a lot of people point out their UK location - meaning no import tax/duty - I have never done this because I assumed people saw it in my details - would you?
Confirmation things are REAL - CDs, DVDs etc - I am always asked if it is real - I certainly wouldn't sell copies - would you mention this in the listing.
Extra comments - I notice people include REAL BARGAIN, BUY NOW etc, I thought this looked tacky - but this also seems to increase the sale price - do you?
What do you DO.
Also, do you pay to bold / highlight listings and when?

I use subtitle on items that I'd like to go for more than £20 or so, but no other frills... other than gallery when I think it's helpful to see the item.
I use photobucket to add multiple photos if necessary.
I would mention GENUINE CDs, etc.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Make sure you mention all the words you'd need to find an item if you were searching for it. Put yourself in the shoes of the buyer, what would you type into the search box to find your item? make sure all/most of those words are included in your description.
Pictures go a long way aswell, always put a photo of the item in the auction.0 -

Unfortunately, not everyone's as bright as you. Some people actually believe that if you write "REAL BARGAIN!" on your item in nice big letters, then it is.
I hate it. My listings cost me the basic listing fee and nothing else. I include good photos via photobucket for free, and stick to facts. I've no doubt they go for less than similar items posted by illiterate con-artists who misrepresent their items, but I refuse to play those games.
Mind you, a basic listing is usually sufficient as I seldom sell anything other than coins, and you can get everything you need to say in the title, the photos do the rest.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0
