I ordered a surge protector from above company on 26th August and the money was taken out of my bank account on the 31st. I've sent 4 emails asking when I'm likely to receive the item and received NO REPLIES. I then tried to ring them but the automated voice said that internet order queries would only be dealt with by email. I then sent a letter to their Head Office early last week; no reply to that either.
Anyone had dealings with this company? Have I waited long enough? Any suggestions? Thanks in anticipation.

Ordered from them a few years ago and they were very reliable. Don't know what they're like now. Maybe get in touch with your credit/debit card company?0
