Hi all
Need to remember what I did this week....hmmm..
- spent £1.99 on a folder
- spent £1.95 on an innocent smoothie
also gave a £1 to OH to buy some chocolate, total = £4.94, which leaves me green by a few pence I think.
Another £10 next week please Pointy.
Thanks

Sadly I am declaring red this week. Spending was going really well and very controlled.
However, I had completely forgotten about my cousin's funeral on Thursday which ended up in a fair bit of money spent on booze and then a take away when we got in that night.

I'm declaring Green this week having just about made it.
The last 14p went into a collection on Thursday for a colleague who's had her bunions removed!
I went a bit wild at times - two bottles of wine, some yellow stickered steak in Tesco and £5 to another colleague for some pakoras and samosas she made to raise funds for Pakistan.
I'm going to go for the same next week as I will have to put a tenner in my tank

i want to join the weekly spend challenge and will think about my budget. Do I wait for the new thread to be started or do I post my amount for next week here ?
I found you by finding mention of it in the 100 day challenge forum but I couldn't find you under the Old Style Money saving section ? so googled you instead ? Where in the money saving expert forums are you hiding ? I want to see what other forums might be similar that I would be interested in doing.0 -
Ooh i'd love to join the challenge too please. Do you start a new thread Monday?0

Morning all,
I was green this week with a £13.96 spend. From my spending diary I can see that it's all gone on snacks and bought lunches though, so that's something I need to work on.
I'd like to set a budget of £12 for this week so that the last four weeks spending comes to £80 (can you tell I like round numbers, lol).
Good luck everyone xx
