Teenie D I cannot be induced as I have had a previous C/S, and induction can bring on stronger contractions that put the previous scar at risk. So sweeping is all I have  I have one tomorrow, and if that fails one last ditch attempt Mon/Tues next week

Cutterby d'ya reckon they have locked the thread in honour of my being overdue? :T :T I am not worthy LOL

Princess it is amazing how long it takes to make a decision isn't it ;)

Make-It-3 I have some M&S stuff already, and this one month business is very handy!! If bubs is approx 10lbs, newborn will be snug v quickly, and 0-3 could be a bit roomy. I am loving the one month size :D

Sugarspun are you causing upset!?!? :rotfl: :rotfl:

DM11 who knows how long we are here in the den..........

Bailey hope you are all up to speed now :D

All the stuff I bought today was in the one month size.....glad I didn't get much newborn the way this lil' munchkin is hanging on in there.....:D
  • I think so Emsywoo, although your thead might be in danger of being highjacked by nosey parkers!!!

Hope eviction takes place soon and i'm so glad the pregnancy thread is/was so beneficial to so many people. I dedicate it to my son Jack, he's 4 on Wednesday and whenever i see it high on the families board, i think its him who made me start it!!!

Hope you can bend over and touch your toes comfortably soon.
    xx

Oh Bailey it was a tremendous idea, and has been so incredible for 100s if not 1000s over the years :D

Just trying to decide if these Braxtons might be turning into something more :o
  • Easiest way to find out is to go to bed and then see if they wake you up ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Well it could have been anyone really, i think i just wanted to chat about reuseable nappies (which we never did), dummies (a life saver) and the best baby related deal and we all want those.

Re Braxton hick, Molly was a week over due to the day and the night before she was born it started out with those (so i thought) but it was mild contractions. I went to bed, woke up at 6.30 to waters breaking, 7am phoning the birthing centre saying she felt like she was pushing through, 7.30 in the car trying to hang on and not deliver her, arrived 8.15 as our flippin' car wouldn't start (i know it was something out of Friends, I had to transfer into my Mum's, not ideal when a baby's head is trying to push out) and she arrived at 8.31am. I was blessed that i must have slept through the whole contraction stage and just woke up to her trying to arrive.

Good luck, you may be a mummy again tomorrow!!!!!
