Just opened the Chelsea 2 year bond. Very easy online application. ID checked automatically. Account/customer numbers issued immediately. Option to fund a/c by debit card, transfer from another bank or other Chelsea account. So far I am very impressed. :j

Agree, as I reported on the other thread about this account I too was impressed with the efficient and easy way this account could be set up. I had 3 maturing fixed accounts with Chelsea and it was quick and easy to transfer to this new account without any branch visits.

Also when I phoned Chelsea head office to enquire about the account the lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation at all, staff are obviously well trained which is very refreshing these days.
