Barclays Graduate Loan

Hi there
I recently got the Loan agreement from Barclays about my Graduate Loan that I took out in 2004.
Nowhere on the agreement does it specify that I've got PPI included in the loan, although I know it was included.
I believe that the sum itself was included in the overall APR, but am not sure.
Does anyone think this is grounds enough to put in a claim? I might just fill in the Ombusman form just to test the water (with the obvious rejection in mind).
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Cheers

Hi there
Personally I would check further into any paperwork you may have, or ring them to ask them as a general query on what your supposed to be protected for.
If ppi was added it must be disclosed somewhere, because you would have to know this, say for instance if you wanted to make a claim.
This must be disclosed to you.
The only other way is to request for a Subject Access Request (SAR), you should soon discover if ppi have been added, for an SAR they must send all they hold on your account by DPA (Data protection act) by 40 calendar days, you enclose a payment of £10 cheque or postal order.
Template (SAR) letter here if your interested.;)
