That must be snake oil then :cool:
A frost proofer is just for early setting in cold winter months.
Life depends on nothing more than using appropriate sand, mixed well, and applied properly and pointed smooth to give the weathing face.
A lot of victorian, and pre and post war semis still have the ridges firmly on. No a tub of frost-proofer used!0 -
Hi, Thanks for all the reply's. Had roofer out today who say some parts need re-pointed but it's fine except that. Quoted just over £100, gonna get another firm to quote as well... Hopefully there all saying the same thing.0
