Quality PC to PC VOIP calls

I want to make calls to my team of programmers who live in the far east. Currently, I am using Skype and it works to a limited degree. Unfortunately, the quality is often poor and there are frequent disconnections.
Are there any other services that are better quality, perhaps where I would pay a monthly fee or something?
Thanks,
Jon

I doubt it gets much better than skype for pc to pc but you could try the alternatives from MSN Messenger & Yahoo Messenger which are pretty decent.
I'd say that generally Skype is hard to beat for audio quality for PC to PC chatting.
I suspect that the internet connection that your programmers use is probably operating at or beyond capacity - check out the other two and see if you get the same situation.
Edit:
Depending on which countries you are calling in the "Far East" you might even get free calls using Voip to a regular phone - do a search for voipbuster or voipcheap etc0 -

The minutes are not really FREE because you have to top up to get them, and you only now get a max of 300 minutes per week of free calls.0 -
