Much better alternative to freecycle/freegle

So I had a fold up guest bed to get rid of. Posted to about five freecycle/freegle groups, nothing. Then I stick it on the FREEBIES section of GUMTREE and I get four calls in five minutes. If you want to get rid of something, and fast, use gumtree freebies!

I despair with Gumtree! There's no local section within 25/30 miles of my address and if I've listed something, I get spammers from African countries.

Congratulations on swift transaction though!"We are the change that we seek."0 -
ah yes. I should say that I live in London, it's easier I guess.0

Ho Hum, another day, another recycled thread (If I had a pound for every recycled thread....etc. etc.).
Once again the problem your site will have is that it needs a lot more advertising than dropping a few emails onto forums such as this and that will probably cost money. Do you have the backing to make it work and then some way of recouping the money?0
