    Glad to see you have got to the bottom of this. I will need to check the information regarding the New Lines for Home movers as the information I had available indicated that the 29.99 fee was set for all home move's, irrespective of if this was requiring a new line or not.

    The 69.99 price is accurate for new lines however a home mover is not strictly the same process so I will ensure this is clarified on the shared resources from which I quoted.

    In regards your consumer rights and the terms and conditions you are correct if the contract terms are changed you do have the option to agree the new terms or to cancel without penalty, depending not he circumstances surrounding the change. In respect to tithe increased prices I can assure you that this is covered in the terms and conditions provided the price increase is disclosed on the TT website at least 30 days in advance. I can assure you that the <http://broadband.talktalk.co.uk/pricechanges&gt; site is updated well in advance of any changes being made.

    If you do have any other issues however feel free to post a comment and I will be happy to advise where applicable. Once your account disconnects you wont be able to particulate in the TTMF forums until such a time that you may once again be a customer, so the advice I can give via MSE will only be generic no specific information.
