I'm coming to the end of my super busy month and now we're a bit more settled in the new house I'd like to join in please0
-
It should be fine Rach - I put everything in my machine inc handwash only and some dry clean stuff - never had a problem yet
Hope you are coping mummyslittleboy, bad family news is the worst XX
Glad to see toots with a shorter list!
Hope you are enjoying your weekend with just squeak pigpen - I hope KH does the decent thing and drops them back to you rather than you turning out!
Valli, glad you had a good weekend!
Im sort of in this week, though I suspect the house will get worse before it gets better - DH has the week off, and we are planning to get some outside painting done, and renovation of the conservatory - or some inside work if the weather is bad. Is it just me or does it feel like autumn has come early?
Cyclingyorkie, if you get a minute can you pm me some ME tips - I keep wearing myself out beyond belief trying to do just some things, and dont know whether I am making things worse, or wether I should just keep pushing myself to do as much as possible all the time. Thanks in advance!

(((hugs))) for Dustykitchen, we had similar problem in th Spring, but it was the toilet that was leaking:eek:. hope you get it sorted ok
Thanks to flylady central for organising us. I'm in. Hoping to attack the pit (otherwise known as master bedroom) and linen room this week. If i can do that then I should be able to get an electrician in to check our electrics without suffering from cHAOS. The main switch trips on an almost daily basis, even when a bulb blows, very sensitive. That could be a good thing.
Off to the Lakes next week so need to find everyones outdoor gear, waterproofs, torches, socks, gaiters, rucsacs. They are all deeply buried in the pit ....
That's me for this week. See you all tomorrow.
goodnight, nos da0 -
Woollen cardigans etc - would you handwash or wash on wool cycle in wm? Have a few we've been given and although they are all new I'll prob wash them.
Unless the are actual wool cardies.. rather than knitted with acrylic/cotton yarns.. then I put in with everything else on the normal 30' wash.. if they are wool or have more than 70% wool content then they go on a wool wash.
Squeak has been a right whingy grot tonight.. she has had tummyache I think judging by the poop.. but that is no excuse to moan like she has.. it has taken me 3 hours to settle her.. so I am now off to bed before she starts round 2!!!!!.. oh.. after I have emptied the dryer I am anyway.. *yaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwn*LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Hi
Please can I join in for the week? I used to try flying and always failed miserably! I now have changed to blitzing the whole house in a day each week but won't be able to this week as with the summer hols in full swing we have plans everyday.
I really need to stay on top of the list daily so that the task does not become too daunting. I don't want to do a full house clean on Saturday morning in 2 hours with both kids around.

Morning all - esp those in Flylady Central Command!
Thanks for those kind words MrsChaos - DD1 was still grinning like a b****y loon when she went to bed last night - surrounded by pics of her with Neville Longbottom!
So there's 2 of us grinning like loons - I still haven't got over seeing Martin Shaw a couple of weeks ago - and unlike DD1 I didn't get to meet him - just watch bewitched from Row B of the stalls......
Am still thinking of heading to the bright lights to see it again - well OH plays cricket all summer and we haven't had a family holiday since 2005 (cos DD1 got ill!)...so maybe I deserve it!
Must get on with flying today - DD2 was out at a sleepover in a tent in a wood on a farm with mates last night. I know there was alcohol involved....I have my fingers crossed that DD2 is the sensible girl I think she is!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
