Fake??

Their Returns page states "Note: Postage for non-defective merchandise is not refundable. In addition, 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. And the return may take one to two weeks for processing.". This implies that it the goods were faulty or they sent you the wrong item then postage will be refundable and the 15% handling charge won't apply. Try contacting them and see what they say.

You've nothing to lose by asking, and at most will have to pay the return postage cost (likely no more than a few pound). Surely worth a try to attempt to regain some of your money?

Alternatively, just put it down to experience and ensure you check retailers out more carefully in the future. And be glad you didn't make an even bigger purchase!

Thanks for all your advice. As I paid for goods through Paypal I thought I would try & get refund through them
Success.....got refund within 5 mins!! :j

Learnt my lesson though!! The money I got back is going to America with my friend next month & she is buying top straight from the shop!!

its one of these designer brands like superdry or jack jones etc but to be honest its a waste of money
