hope to get some help here please.I have an HP deskjet f380 printer.
when trying to print colour pictures today the only colours appearing were greens and yellows and a mix of both.(it was supposed to be a red rose.)
seems to be no reds at all.tried replacing both cartridges still no luck.finally uninstalled and reinstalled drivers with HP disc supplied but still no joy.anyone have any ideas about my next move?be grateful for any help
