Hi, I left a tyre on my kitchen vinyl floor, finding a tyremark tread 'stamped' into the floor on its removal. Sadly a floor mate also had a rubberised base and has done the same.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of the stains please?
Have tried Vanish, clothes washing detergent and a host of things in the house.
Thanks alot.

I was told to use nail varnish remover... I would recommend trying on a hidden area first though to make sure your vinyl floor can take it... But it's supposed to get lots of things of vinyl...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Try WD40 - I have successfully removed stubborn marks from our kitchen vinyl flooring.0

Be careful of this - it could melt the vinyl! One of those solid eraser blocks (Lakeland do them, but Lidl have them in at the moment, much cheaper) might do the trick.0 -
Bar Keepers Friend - from big supermarkets and hardware stores.MTC NMP Membership #62 - made it back to size 12 after my children & I'm staying here!0

Thanks folks for your tips. Will try them out, hopefully not all of them until it vanishes!

Will be very interested to hear which one worked.0
