Possibly a really dumb question but why can't somebody just start a Boots thread?
)
it got stopped for a few reasons, the main one being that unless you actually read the whole thread you missed out on bargains so the powers that be felt it would be better to have a thread per bargain.
The second reason was the constant sniping and some posters felt the need to be-little others which led to so many complaints that the forum bods dont have time to deal with,

Lets start a campaign...BRING BACK OUR BOOTS THREAD!
It'd be a futile campaign, the moderators don't want the headache. There was fighting and some really bizarre and mean-spirited gameplaying in the old thread, and people reporting posts left and right and listing them as expired or spam when they weren't, creating lots of work for the mods. There's no up side for the forum to reinstate such a problematic thread.0 -
Ooooh hadn't realised this was back on. May have to pop into Boots then as I always like to stock up on Ruby & Millie brushes when these vouchers are outOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170

I'd llove some kind of thread back, i was just getting into it as it was killed off... but you did have to be very strong willed to find the bargains among the posts of !!!!!ing.
Perhaps a newer thread with set rules layed out? even if its a no discussion thread purely just to post the offers or even links to the offers lol i feel so behind now its gone! (though i get that no discussion itself kinda kills the atmosphere of the old thread)
It is a shame but hey ho.
And with my vouchers im planning to get nail varnishes...unless anybody can tell me somewhere in Coventry they've been nice and reduced No7 stock XD:jThe Money Saving Wannabe :j

Sorry for lack of pucntuation.;)
Thank you for taking the time to post your find. :T
Sister in law will love it for b'day.

The beauty bonus extra points coupon i recieved through the post is nothing to do with the Baby club my daughter is 11 years old so defintly nothing to do with that lol, I`ve never even been a member of the baby club either, Its directly from Advantage card its like a little statement telling you how many points you have then attached with it is all different coupons usually about eight in total & can easily be mistaken for junk mail, Hope that this helps you
Hi Loopylou90322! Thanks for your reply, I did not think they were anything to do with the baby club but was mentioning that as I am a member but still do not get vouchers from them even being a member, phew that was a bit of a tongue tie!!!! Seems to be pretty random as to who gets mail from Boots and who does not, you seem to be one of the lucky select few!0 -
Ive been into Boots today i made a purchase of just over £5 & got another voucher, Then i brought the foundation that i was after along with my 500 extra points coupon & then was given another £5 voucher :T Result, Double Bubble for me now :rotfl:0

I went into boots today and tried to use my 500 points voucher to buy some nail varnish. There is a limited edition matt colour one that I wanted. However when the sa tried to swipe the voucher it would not work and he said because the purchase amount was too small £6.75. I told him that there is no price restriction stated on the voucher and was starting to get agitated coz the voucher expires tommorrow. Lucky enough a senior person came along and put the points on manually and I got a £5.00 pound no 7 voucher. I was well happy especially as when I left the store I saw another no7 voucher on the floor just outside that someone had dropped.0
