You can't do it online. Some stores have an order station, staff have to do it for you. Ideally, you'd search online at home and bring the order code of the items you want to expedite things, then give it to staff and they order it for you and you pay right then, which allows you to use coupons. I've never done this and I have no idea how hard it would be to find a staff member who actually knows what you're talking about! lol
You might call CS and ask them about the in-store ordering, and they can tell you what staff calls the system (so you know what to ask for) and which stores have it.
Hi Skibster, you helped me so much when I was a New Recruit! Well I tried to do this ordering in-store performance, at some point last summer, when there were ACM vouchers, and coupons/voupons, but without much success. But all the SAs assured me it could be done, if only they knew how! In the end, I got what I wanted at another branch, that stocked the item, but I know this isn't a possibility for everyone.
BTW, I've noticed that in the R & M section, in many branches, there is an empty hanging whatsit, with an SEL reading "Reduced, £3.50". Obviously these have been snapped up by savvy shoppers, but does anyone know what the missing item was please?
I've kept back a few £5 vouchers, to use before Sunday, and usually find that if the 3 items cost more than £10 each, then it's cheaper to buy them on 3 for 2, and give in one voucher, but if they cost less than £10 each, it's cheaper to buy them singly, using a voucher each time.
Getting excited about the thought of new P & P products! :j

Here's the info on the New P&P products - day cream with Factor 150 -
A couple of possible deals, not been instore so can't check them.
Free eyeshadow palette gift wyb the new Exceptional Definition mascara (I loved the free palette they did last year so will definitely be getting this).
Also listed on the website, but not coming up in my basket for some reason (so can't see what it is) is free gift wys £12 on No7 Bathing.
All I believe are on 342, and if you've got a £5 voucher still could use that. Also, hoping that the usual 'offer before discount' applies re: the bathing items. So I think this might be possible:
body wash at £8.50 each = £17
mascara = £12
342 = -£8.50
Voucher = -£5
Total = £15.50 and two free gifts ??
Please note I HAVEN'T tested this so it might not work, not been in-store yet, and the free gift ffor bathing isn't coming up in basket, but it's definitely on website. Can anybody see please if when they add to basket if it comes up?No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60
May INs: 14 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 11
2012 INs: 77 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 91
Savings from UUs: £60.50

I was generally browsing what offers are now available. Just go to offers and scroll down and there's options to see offers by type, e.g. free gift, extra points, etc. I went to free gifts, scroll down and to left you can see free xxx wyb yyy etc, just clicked on show all and it's in that list

I'm sorry, I don't know how to do the cool shorten links to one word type thing! Weird thing is although it's listed, can't find the gift, i.e. doesn't add it to basket so can't check out what it should be! Maybe they haven't updated site properly? That's why was wondering if anybody had seen it instore.
Video for the palette, shame it's not like last year with one per mascara and 342, that was awesome! This is one per transaction I think.

The free eye palette with mascara is really nice, better than the picture, four metalic shades, gold, bronze burgandy and brown. And a two ended brush
all in a plastic portable case with a mirror

OMG!!!:j I have already stocked up on my beloved Bath Sumptuous, but if I can buy 3 for 2 at £17, less £5 voucher, less £1.20 over 60s discount = £10.80, and I could get 2 free gifts, and (this is a v-e-r-y long shot), they each contained a coupon for 250 points, that would mean, in Boots Logic, that I got the lot for £5.80!!! :j:T:j
Off to Lakeside to test it out, and will report back to base! Thanks for the heads up.
