  • Thanks for that, i AM 100% certain that the rug didn't have any marks on it when it left me. Because I am new to selling I have been extra careful to only list items that aren't going to give me problems so this has really taken the shine off things at the moment. I deffinately want to put my side across but as you say I don't want to get into a nasty slanging match. The only problem is I have already left her positive f/b so all i can do is respond to the f/b she left me.

  • This is a good example of why it's best to hold back feedback until you know the buyer is happy :(

The buyer had carte blanche to neg you as they knew you couldn't retaliate with the same.

  • Well, I have sent an e-mail and heard absolutely nothing back!! I really do not see any point in her giving me neg f/b as she has gained absolutely nothing. I will respond to said f/b and see what happens.

    cheers guys

  • Just leave her a negative too, along the lines of poor communication and unjustified feedback, that'll soon get her interested

Edit: just seen you've already left feedback, sorry :(

I am surprised she just left you a neg just like that! you would have thought she would have tried to sort it out with her history! looks like she worked hard to get negs to 'disappear' and not matter! I would definately leave her a neg as she hasn't tried to be a good customer! and it might make her retract hers if you retract yours!!!
    :p:p Angel :p:p
  • Maybe as she realised that you couldnt neg her back she was venting and trying to make up for her negs by giving you one !!
