I bought a washing machine in-store yesterday and arranged for delivery next day. Currys advertise free delivery on all orders so I was surprised to have to pay £22 for the service. (If I wanted it free I would have to wait over 2 weeks)

Called Currys/DSG, complained about misleading advertising, got refund.:D

Easy, if a bit time-consuming...
