very credit account question

Not sure where I should have posted this but here goes , I wanted to buy a jacket from "very" I found a code 15% off on myvouchercodes if you are a new customer opening a credit acc , I went through it all but when it got near the end to finalise the purchase it said new customers only for the discount code or words to that effect so I tried again twice with different email addys now I am wondering if each registration does a credit check??? anyone know as 3 in one go isnt to swift

Best way to probably check for definite would be signing up for the trial of experian?

I think a lot of people tend to keep their accounts open with experian as it gives them access to their credit history and can help nip fraud in the bud if it shows up on your account (providing you check it ofc).

I would assume that it does, as they need to enter into a credit agreement with you.
