Hi My husband had a creditcard with the Bank of scotland, it was a postal application, he ticked the PPI section as he was thinking that it was necessary to apply for credit card, after we made the complaint abt mis-selling the PPI, the Bank has written him that it was his own choice, he purchased it without getting any…

oh ANDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD ... i've been in branch and phoned four times for the copy of my secured loan agreement ' oh yes its been ordered you'll have it in 3-5 working days' ..thats 5 weeks now..savages
