I may be wrong, but perhaps you should not go to Control Panel, but instead to Tools/Options/Privacy on your browser window.
Edit: Looks like I was talking nonsense as Flock is no longer based on Firefox.".....where it is corrupt, purge it....."0 -
thanks for trying xcc.£4265.

I don't use Flock but I'd guess there's an option somewhere called "exceptions" or something like that. You might find the Weightwatchers site is in there as a "don't allow". Just an educated guess really.
On a lighter note, aren't cookies a bad word at Weightwatchers anyway, lol.0 -
I can't say I've ever heard of Flock, but does this help?
http://www.flock.com/user-guide/0.9/priv/cookie.htmlStompa0 -
Stompa - That gives what I was suggesting, but it appears to be the old 'based on Firefox' user guide, so appears to be out of date as Flock is apparently now powered by Google Chrome.
Unless, of course, stopthespends is still using the old Firefox based browser in which case my (and your) suggestions may still apply.
stopthespends - does your browser window have a tool bar at the top with a 'Tools' option? If so, follow my original idea - it may work.....
If not, perhaps a Google Chrome user can help.".....where it is corrupt, purge it....."0 -

Instead of wasting hours with searching for a solution, why don't you use Firefox/Chrome/IE ... ? At least for just this website.
And (no offence), why would a not so techie person use such a browser?0 -
extra thing to try (if Windows XP or similar)
You could go to "control panel" then "security centre" then "internet options" then "privacy"
here there is a pop-up blocker flag. If you click "advanced" you get cookie options. Might help.
