How long do i have to wait

I sold an item back in august and as it was a huge item (40 safety nets) i said it was for collection only, it took 3 weeks for the buyer to pay and still no one has collected the nets, i know payments recieved and i should deal with it but these items were sold because we needed space,so i finally recieved payment a week ago but its been 4 weeks aince listing ended...
just how long do i have to wait til i can get rid of these nets? i dont think i can keep them here much longer.

How did they pay by the way?
Send them a stern message saying that if they fail to collect by x date you will have no chance but to refund them, and sell to someone else.
Possibly you can deduct a fee for them mucking you about? It would depend how they paid. By the way if it was paypal... well, let's hope it wasn't.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Do you specify in your listings how long after auction end you expect payment? If so then they should have read it and seen they should have paid by now. I would email them, tell them you are unhappy with the length of time it has taken so far as you really need them out of the way, tell them they need to pick this items up by then end of this weekend or you will refund payment and file a non paying bidder process as they have not picked up the item. Good luck
