    Hi All

I enter the comps, and I was thinking I've not seen any of the weekly Take a break ones recently....Have they moved? I think Korky normally does them...(I'm not complaining :-) I am just wondering)

    Thanks

    :-)

I think this is the most recent (and is a double issue)

  • :hello:Morning all

Lots of grey skies here, it looks like its going to snow very soon .

I am just waiting for a couple of items to sell on ebay. hopefully they are paid for straight away, As that means I can take them to the Post office today and then hibernate for a few days whilst this bad weather passes :D.

Hope that everyone is well, have a lucky day :)

  • Baking emergency!!!!!

OK lovelies, I need your help and expertise. I'm doing extra baking this year as visiting family for Crimbo and hoping to take some home-made hamper goodies with me. Now, I've never made fudge before (more a cookie kinda gal :D) and I've been trolling thru the intermess looking for recipes. I just made a batch of rum raisin (hate the stuff but OH's fav. and he's my guinea pig!) but I'm not sure I like the look of it. Soooo, before I try another unknown recipe, do any of you have a fool proof, works every time and leaves them wanting more recipe for just basic fudge? Oh, and one that can keep in the freezer or fridge for up to a week would be handy too :):)

    Thank you :A:A

    Blue xx

ps my postie hates me....all he bought me this morning was shampoo samples.....how rude!!!
And I won't sit down and I won't shut up
And most of all I will not grow up! :p

 Perhaps I should eat it a little less often!

If you ever get the chance - this shop HERE sells fantastic fudge, they are mainly based in the south west, but we have been know to go on 40 mile round trip for some :o
