    Anyone there?

    It seems really, really quiet in here. Is everyone off Xmas shopping or just desperately trying to catch up with all the comps?
    Lovely day here. Was waiting on the mail as there was supposed to be a cheque in it for the kids - gave up at 11.30am and went down the town only to find Bank had closed anyway as their heating had broken down! Mail eventually came just before 1pm.( Cheque was there) Going to make a steak pie now - found casserole steak for £1.66 for 2lbs as it has to be eaten today. Hope my lot will be hungry tonight.
