sounds like you need the British English Dictionary add on if you install it you will still be able to speak perfectly good English even after drinking 15 cans of Budweiser
available here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3366/
It's very easy to get rid of martin not quite sure why you would want to right click on the image in the left hand corner click on Adblock Plus:Block Image then click on Add Filter and puff he's gone!
Best of Luck
its the red lines the dictionary produces that make me notice errors in spelling and typos (which most of the time i ignore anyway).
i can hide his image, but i want the whole green bar and links to site gone ....only so i dont have to scroll so far down to find the thanks and enter buttons on each page.
blocking both those thingymajigs has really seriously speeded my mse up! its flying now!
edit not just mse...everywhere!0 -

Think I have found a solution download the add on "Element Hiding Helper For Ad Block Plus"
click on the ABP icon at the top of the browser and click on "Select Element to Hide"
red bars will appear much like when you use multi links select the part that you want to do away with then click on it and select Add Filter Rule to make the element disapear I needed to do this five times and was able to make the box disappear completely
when you have done the above click on the ABP icon at the top of your browser and select Preferences you should now see a section called "My Element Hiding Rules" it should have the following element filters enabled
forums.moneysavingexpert.com###MSENavWrapRight
forums.moneysavingexpert.com###MSETop
forums.moneysavingexpert.com###MSENavWrapLeft
images2.moneysavingexpert.com##BODY
forums.moneysavingexpert.com###MSENavWrap
Update: forgot the final key in the puzzle to get rid of the green box right click it select ||images2.moneysavingexpert.com/images/masthead2010/* and click on Add Filter
when you have learned to do this you should able hide other elements to tweak the page how to you want it
Hope this helps!
Best of Luck0 -
