the Regulars board should work without any intervention from Gilla and PP and without any support from compers

this should have been looked at before moving post's away from the regulars board

as I have said in the comp discuss thread

i m sorry but having a strop on because they dont like the shade of green and implementing effective changes to the board and deciding to leave because of that i dont quite see how i can be the negative one
people should embrace change and deal with it

I understand what you're saying ginjim but Amilucky is a major contributor to the forum and a really lovely person. I'm sure he will come back soon, I guess he's just having a tough time at the mo.

don't think he's took a strop am sure he's not like that ginjim
sometimes it's a bit hard to adapt to changes for some people
i find change a bit confusing sometimes & takes me a while

It is not correct to say they are effective changes, they are just changes. Just because they suit the way some people like to use the forum does mean they are any better or worse than the current arrangement.

There is no advantage to me in posts being removed from the main comp board and stuck in weekly or monthly threads.
Instead of being able to sort the main board into date order and enter everything that is available and clearly see those that have been entered I have to go to the other threads and then the enter button cannot be used effectively as you would need to enter then mess around with unenter at some stage before entering again to know where you are. Inefficient and not the simplest way of arranging things.

Exactly how I feel, totally agree with every word written, thank u for expressing that so clearly x I now don't feel I was the only one seeing this as an issue, I deleted posts earlier as I felt my view was a minority xxxxx

Amilucky I really hope u reconsider nothing is set in stone yet x

understand what you're saying toniq, but, i feel deleting the posts doesn't help, think it's good to have everyone's point of view
& you might have thought your view was in the minority but it
helps other peeps to see everyone's point of view, if you keep quiet
& only one side of peeps views are posted then none of us can
weigh up the pro's/cons/changes etc
