Hi have sent docs/questionnaire to welcome just over a week ago via post office track & trace any idea how long it is taking for them to send a reply/get any money back

i know they have received docs

any ideas?????

Hi and good luck with your reclaiming.

I have never dealt with welcome myself, but many have.
I take it these were the ones then that set up and sold your loan?

They do generally have 8 weeks, but they may ask for more time, where in this case they should give a timescale of when you should expect to hear of a decision.

You may possibly receive a letter anytime to confirm acknowledgement of your complaint.
