have just recieved something which I won on friday, excellent service, quick delivery, etc.
But it was listed as being from a different shop to what it is actually from, would maybe of bought it anyway, but not bidded as high, just really hacks me off when people blatantly lie like this, anyone else had any similar experiences?

I have received an item from you, however it appears you have sent me the wrong one?
I have received a (co-op) widget when in fact I bid on a (waitrose) widget.
Please could you let me know what I should do to arrange exchange for the correct item?
