No claims bonus dilemma

Hi,
I could do with some advice about my insurance renewal. Here is the background. Last year I brought my first car (a Clio, please no comments about the choice of car!). I got my insurance from direct line for £450 (fully comp).
It is now due for renewal (in about 2 weeks). Went to the usual website and best quote (with 1 yr no claims) was about £550!! I then got my renewal letter from Direct line quoting £460. Which is great. I then noticed that they had credited me with 2 yrs no claims, which is odd (I have never been insured on a car before).
So what should I do? I figure I have 3 options:
1. Pay it and be happy that made a mistake! (But is this fraud?)
2. Phone them up and ask for the letter stating I have 2 yrs no claims then shop around using this as proof, see what i can get and if not take up the offer from direct line.
3. Phone them up and tell them the mistake, hoping that it doesn't push the price up too much.
I know which one i want to do, but what is the legality of taking out insurance when you know they have made a mistake?
Thanks for the help.

And bear in mind that it is YOUR responsibility to ensure all details on your insurance document are correct. If you have an accident and the error is noticed, your insurance will more than likely be invalid.
As mcjordi stated, ring and ask them...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
