Bonjoey, when you rang what did you ask for? I'm just worried about ringing up and saying 'I want a rate reduction otherwise I''m going elsewhere' as I haven't got anywhere else to transfer the money to!
EDIT: I decided to bite the bullet. I rang up and said I was not happy paying 24.9% on outstanding balance when I can transfer to my other card at 14.9%. They have reduced my rate to 13.9%!!!!!!!! :j :j :jOU Student! - ED209, SDK125, DSE212, SK124, DSE141, SD226, DXR222, DD303, DD307 = BSc Psychology0 -
