Buildings insurance for new house purchase

Good morning,
We have exchanged on our purchase now, and need to have buildings insurance in place for completion in 3 weeks time.
Unfortunately we can't find anywhere which will accept the idea that we can't yet receive mail at the insured address -- none of the apply-online places we like will allow us to specify a correspondence address.
We've tried the AA, co-op, direct line and green bee so far. All quotes seem to be the same (and we're not going for a bargain-basement insurer).
Does anybody know of a well-liked insurer which will allow us to apply online and give a correspondence address?

It's the joys of the on-line world, either ring the company you want to use and talk to a person or do it on-line and get the PO to redirect the mail0

I was looking at Direct Line and at the end of the quote there is a link to specify a different correspondance address.
I'm in the same situation and I'm not too worried about them posting stuff to the new address as long as I can get a copy of the document online.0
