Wow - i feel a lot better, and could be a light at the end of the tunnel. Of all the ppi and fees i am reclaiming, this is the one i want because GE Money were totally ruthless and showed no compassion when repossessing my home (making me and my family including 2 children under 4 homeless).

I will get onto FSCS first thing Monday morning with renewed passion !!

Are there any timeframes etc or anyone had any success stories such as this from FSCS ?

Yes don't worry, we will get there okay.;)

That is a terrible thing that happened, and I am so so sorry you have to go through this.
Now its payback time, get what is owed to you back in your pocket.:)

Please let us know how you get on.

There is much success within the FSCS, just being sold these costly policies is one case they will take on.

I was mis sold one and it was dealt with by the FSCS.

There is also a thread you can browse and even post up on for help if required on companies in default via FSCS.
